Shipping
Smaller items
All smaller products will be shipped through Canada Post. A tracking number will be emailed to you so that you can follow its journey to your home. You can generally expect your package to arrive in 10 to 14 days.
Larger items (think chairs…)
Shipping a chair is a bit more involved than a bowl. Ideally you will be able to pick your chair up in person. If that isn’t possible I will crate your chair and send it via a local shipping company.
Returns/Problems
If there is a problem with anything you have purchased from SilverTree please let me know. If you’re not happy then I’m not happy. As a small business your business is very important to me (it’s what allows me to feed my family). My aim is to always provide you with the best work I can do, so I don’t anticipate problems. However wood is a special material and things can happen that are unexpected. If the unexpected happens to you, let me know so I can make it right.
